- Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Returns & Refunds
- You have the right to return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
- Personalised or custom items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
